Pamper Night

With Autumn approaching, I'm already excited about cosy pamper nights with hot chocolate and snuggles on the couch. I'm 100% a bath girl as I'm purely too lazy to stand up in the shower and would much prefer to lie down in the warm water. There's nothing better than coming home from work on a miserable day and pampering yourself!

I like to start with a hot bath and a yummy smelling candle. My favourite candle of all time is the Yankee Candle Strawberry Buttercream. This one is actually bigger than my head and will last all through Autumn and Winter at least! I much prefer the sweet smelling candles than scents like cranberry so this one is perfect for me! I've also been loving the Escada Especially Bath Crystals as they smell like roses and really help me to relax. I've not seen these before but they're so reasonable and add that extra something to my pamper nights. I don't like to use a lot of bubble bath when I'm washing my hair as well as it can make my hair greasy which is why the crystals are perfect.

I've recently been using the TIGI Catwalk Headshot Reconstructive duo which not only smell amazing but leave my hair looking healthy and shiny. This duo concentrates on areas most in need of repair so for me that’s my dry ends! The great thing about this range is that your hair is progressively repaired wash after wash. The duo from Luxplus comes in at less than £13, which is far less than some drugstore shampoo and conditioners and such a bargain for a salon brand. I'm obsessed with TIGI hair products, I've had a few of their shampoo and conditioner duos and I really feel like I get that salon experience, minus the head massage.

I must admit before having this EOS shaving cream in Pomegranate Raspberry I didn't really use any sort of cream when shaving. However, I’ll never be without it now, as I can see a massive difference! Before, after shaving my legs I'd have to use moisturiser on them straight away as my legs would feel dry and sting. Now I can wait before applying moisturiser and sometimes even forget to use it. My favourite razors are the Gillette Venus with Olay. I love the pretty gold look and the fact it is has moisturising bars built in which is probably another reason why I don't feel the need to use a post shave moisturiser. 

Next, I like to use the delicious smelling Mango Temptation body wash from Victoria's Secret. This is great to use in the shower as well as the bath and it feels really luxurious. Finally, I've been using Bio-Oil on my stomach to prevent any stretch marks appearing since being pregnant. I'm happy to report so far I've been lucky to avoid them but I'll be using this until baby makes an appearance. It's also great for any scars you may have, dehydrated skin and uneven skin tone so this product definitely isn't just for pregnant ladies!
