Scheduled order: You choose. We deliver. Every month.

A scheduled order is a recurring order of products that are automatically delivered to you monthly. This way, you can avoid running out of the products you use frequently and save yourself the hassle of remembering to reorder.

The first time you create a scheduled order, it works like a normal order. Start by adding items to your cart – just as you do when placing a regular order from Luxplus. When you view your cart, you’ll have the option to check the products in your order that you’d like to receive regularly. We’ll deliver all products in your cart immediately – but we’ll also create a monthly order to be delivered at your chosen time from the following month onward. Example: If you place an order on July 3 and set up a scheduled order for mid-month delivery, you’ll receive your first monthly order in mid-August. NOTE: Not all products are available for monthly ordering – but we aim to make as many as possible eligible.

You choose whether your scheduled order will be delivered at the beginning, middle, or end of the month. The exact date may vary – but of course, we’ll notify you a few days in advance so you can cancel the planned delivery if it’s not convenient.

If you want to add products to your monthly order, you can do so when placing a regular order from Luxplus. Check the products you’d like included in your monthly order. If you want to change the delivery schedule, you can do so on the “My Monthly Orders” page under “My Orders” in your profile.

Go to “My Scheduled Orders” under “My Orders” in your profile and open the order by clicking the small “i” icon. Here, you’ll have the option to cancel or completely stop your monthly order.

If a product in your scheduled order is out of stock – or if the price changes significantly – we’ll email you to approve the next delivery. If there are no changes, we’ll ship it automatically – but we’ll notify you a few days in advance in case you’d like to cancel the planned delivery of your scheduled order.
