Additionally, Body Butter Fragrance Free contains shea butter, which is said to have an anti-inflammatory effect that can help soothe irritated skin, and together with betaine, it provides intense moisture and care for the skin. Betaine, derived from sugar beet, also acts as a moisture-retaining agent and improves the skin barrier.
